Your home-away-from-home-by-the-sea. This 2 Bedroom fully equipped cottage is a short stroll to the white sand beach, kid's playground and Albany's best oceanside cafe. It's a perfect holiday location on a quiet street overlooking a park.

Emu Point is a special place for many families who have holidayed here over the years and created great memories of the leafy parks, safe swimming waters, great fishing, boating, biking, hiking and more.

The space

Please read all the information below to check that our property is suitable for you and your travelling companions prior to booking with us.

The cottage is stylishly decorated and has everything you will need for a relaxing beach holiday or cosy weekend away, including a fully equipped kitchen, generous living/dining area, wifi with smart TV and undercover parking.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a two King single beds

The bathroom has a shower and bath, with a separate enclosed toilet.

The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

There is a large backyard which is shared with the neighbouring Cockleshell cottage. You are welcome to use this space but request that you respect the privacy of any guests staying in Cockleshell cottage.

Please note Albany can be cold in winter. There is reverse-cycle conditioning in the main living/dining area, an electric blanket on the queen bed and plenty of extra blankets for those cold nights.

Some pets may be accommodated on request, subject to advance approval and a pet fee - please ask us! Please note that the back yard is a shared space and not enclosed, so may not be appropriate for all pets.

Guest access

You have access to the whole cottage and a large backyard which is shared with the second cottage (also available for rent) on the property.
